Remember to engage with your audience with the brand and non-brand-related conversations. Going deeper with your current followers and customers is crucial to achieving loyalty on social media. Networking online, sharing user-generated content, creating specific Facebook groups, and promoting/mentioning people in comments are great ways to connect.


Maintain Consistency Across Platforms

Even though you'll engage differently across platforms, keeping the same overall tone with your audience is vital to maintaining consumer loyalty. It may confuse your audience when you don't stay consistent, weakening your influence and decreasing overall loyalty.
